Crunch Introduces Latest in Audio Speaker Technology to Deliver High-End Musical Detail
GTS Speaker Series Offers Smooth, Detailed High-Frequency Sound

LAS VEGAS, January 5, 2006 (2006 International CES, Booth #2401)—Maxxsonics, a leading automotive audio manufacturer and distributor, announced today the availability of its today the Crunch GTS series of speakers that deliver high-end musical detail, accuracy and resistance to flexing during demanding bass, offering the automotive sound enthusiast tight detailed music with improved punch and definition.

Crunch GTS series offers the latest in cutting-edge speaker technology. With a newly designed cone reinforced with alpha-cellulose fibers, the Crunch GTS series provides lightweight moving mass, rigidity and incredible strength advantages over other comparably priced speakers. Exclusive soft-dome tweeters made of soft mylar laminate decrease acoustical standing waves and broaden the tweeter’s frequency response to produce exceptionally smooth, detailed high-frequency sound for all speaker sizes.

The Crunch GTS series’ power handling is enabled by the high-performance integrated crossover to allow smooth mid-to-high transitions, while the GTS component speakers include a high-performance external crossover. Add Crunch’s new grille design, and the Crunch GTS speaker series transforms the mobile listening experience.
