MB Quart’s Alexxa Series Home Audio Launch

January 1, 2007 - Chicago, Illinois; Maxxsonics, the parent company of MB Quart, plans to launch new products numbering into the double digits during MB Quart’s CES 2007 Home Audio gala. MB Quart will introduce over 34 new SKU’s at the International CES 2007, the largest home audio new product introduction in MB Quart’s 43-year history. MB Quart will launch their new top-line MB Quart Alexxa Series home theater loudspeakers during CES.

MB Quart will be shipping the new Alexxa Series loudspeakers after the CES 2007. Three new families of MB Quart loudspeaker products will be shown on the main CES convention floor at MB Quart’s CEDIA booth # 1822 in Las Vegas Convention Center. MB Quart’s home audio exhibit booth will be open for new dealer viewing and demo’s, Jan. 8th thru Jan. 11th, 2007.

The premium-grade Alexxa loudspeakers are the flagships of MB Quart’s new line-up. MB Quart’s Alexxa Series features In-Room, In-Wall and In-Ceiling speaker systems. Leading this line-up are four floor standing Alexxa speakers featuring D’ Appolito driver configurations with MB Quart’s exclusive titanium dome tweeters. All In-Room Alexxa’s are offered in three different cabinet finishes; Cherry Maple, Satin Black, and Piano-Finish White. MB Quart’s top-line floor standing tower model, the S-One, is $899.95 each MSRP. The matching Alexxa center-channel loudspeaker, the C-One, is $599.95 MSRP. The Alexxa Series small bookshelf-sized effects speaker, model B-One, has an MSRP of $449.95.

Adding to the German engineered and designed new Alexxa product line-up are two powered subwoofer systems. The largest, the SW-12 is a 12-inch acoustical suspension design, powered by a 350-WRMS integral amplifier, while the 10-inch version the SW-10 is powered by an integral 250-Watt RMS amplifier. The SW-12 powered subwoofer has an MSRP of $999.95 and the SW-10 retails for $899.95 MSRP.

Among the new MB Quart Alexxa Series loudspeaker products offered are top-line premium performance In-Wall and In-Ceiling speaker systems. Alexxa Series In-Wall and In-Ceiling speakers incorporate the same legendary MB Quart titanium dome tweeter technology.

In-Wall Alexxa speakers are D’ Appolito speaker arrays featuring all white driver cosmetics behind the paint-able grille and frame assemblies. Available in dual 5-¼”,dual 6-½, and dual 8-inch designs, the new in-wall Alexxa ALX 5.25 IW’s are $329.95 MSRP each, the Alexxa ALX 6.25 IW’s are $429.95 each, followed by the Alexxa 8-inch D’ Appolito in-wall speaker array, the ALX8IW at $559.95 each MSRP.

MB Quart’s new Alexxa Series In-Ceiling speakers feature MB Quart’s exclusive titanium dome swivel/tilt tweeter designs. The new In-Ceiling Alexxa speakers feature all white driver cosmetics behind paint-able grille / frame assemblies. Available in 5-¼”, 6-½ and 8-inch In-Ceiling designs, the new Alexxa in-ceiling ALX 5.25 IC’s are $199.95 MSRP each, the Alexxa ALX 6.25 IC’s are $259.95 each, ALX 6.25 IC’s DM are $239.95 each, followed by the Alexxa 8-inch in-ceiling speakers, the ALX8.0 IC at $299.95 each MSRP.
