MB Quart’s CES 2007 Home Audio Launch

January 1, 2007 - Chicago, Illinois; Maxxsonics, the parent company of MB Quart, plans to launch new products numbering into the double digits during MB Quart’s CES 2007 Home Audio gala. MB Quart will introduce over 34 new SKU’s at the International CES 2007.

Three families of new MB Quart speaker products will be shown at the MB Quart booth inside Maxxsonics booth #71822 located on the main floor of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Among the new speaker products offered by MB Quart will be: top-line tower type speaker systems, premium and reference performance On-Wall, In-Wall and In-Ceiling speaker systems, along with two series of powered subwoofer systems. Additionally at CES 2007, MB Quart will preview their new ultra-small in-wall / in-ceiling Point Source speaker systems designed as space saving speaker solutions for the custom installer. The new reference-grade Point Source MB Quart Alexxa Series speakers start at $139.95 MSRP each.

The new top tier MB Quart home audio speakers are the premium-grade Alexxa Series, which features In-Room, In-Wall and In-Ceiling speaker systems. The four floor standing, tower type, Alexxa speakers feature D’ Appolito driver configurations and will be offered in a multiple cabinet finishes. The new MB Quart Alexxa In-Room speaker’s start at an MSRP of $499.95 each and the top-line floor standing models start at $899.95 each.

Alexxa Series In-Wall and In-Ceiling speaker’s carry-on the legendary MB Quart titanium dome tweeter tradition. In-Wall Alexxa speakers are configured in D’ Appolito speaker arrays sporting white driver cosmetics. Available in dual 5-¼”, dual 6-½ and dual 8-inch designs, the new in-walls start at $299.95 MSRP and range to $499.95 each MSRP.

The new In-Ceiling Alexxa speakers feature white driver cosmetics with MB Quart’s exclusive titanium dome swivel/tilt tweeter design. Available in 5-¼”, 6-½ and 8-inch In-Ceiling designs, the new Alexxa in-ceiling speaker start at $199.95 MSRP each, ending with the top model, the ALX8.0 IC at $279.95 each MSRP.

MB Quart will be marketing four new powered 10-inch and 12-inch subwoofer systems The new two-tiered MB Quart subwoofer line-up starts at $599.95 MSRP.

The on-wall Milan Series will feature a slim center-channel, bookshelf and a convertible tower loudspeaker design all in slender aluminum enclosures. Milan series pricing is to be announced.

Thin is IN. MB Quart’s shallow depth Zurich Series are in-ceiling and in-wall speakers featuring removable back-side enclosures. Available in 5-¼”, and 6-½ designs, the new Zurich Series in-ceiling and in-wall series start at $139.95 MSRP each, and the top Zurich Series in-walls the ZUR 6.25 IW’s are $159.95 each. The new MB Quart Zurich speaker series goal is to offer consumers a far superior sounding custom-installed home audio product at a reasonable price.
