“Formula” MB Quart’s Secret Audio Antidote

Chicago, IL. Jan 1, 2008, Maxxsonics USA Inc. announces the release of new MB Quart mobile speaker products including improved versions of the Discus, Reference and Premium Series speakers, in addition to its newest speaker line-up, the Formula Series.

The Formula family represents MB Quart’s lowest priced speaker series yet produced. Packed with value and performance, the new Formula speakers will be definite best-in-class challengers. Formula Series speakers will implement an efficient variation of the famous MB Quart 1” titanium dome tweeter. The new MB Quart Formula speakers will perform exceptionally well when powered by any typical aftermarket or OEM head unit due to the efficient titanium dome tweeter design. Included will be full-featured 12dB/Octave passive crossover networks with each Formula system. Consumers will be delighted to find the same level of crossover adjustment found in MB Quart’s higher-end auto speakers.

The new MB Quart Formula family will use heavy-gauge drawn & pressed steel baskets coupled to MB Quart’s legendary VC motor assembly for the new bass drivers. Formula speakers will utilize PolyComp damped cones and the same MB Quart butyl rubber surrounds used on more the expensive MB Quart products. Like the more expensive speaker models, all Formula Series tinsel-leads are mounted oppositional of each other, providing for increased cone control and better sonic performance.
