Maxxsonics Appoints John Studley VP of Global Product Development

Lake Zurich, Il., March 1, 2006—Maxxsonics, a leading automotive audio manufacturer and distributor of Hifonics, Crunch, Autotek, and MB Quart, announced the appointment of John Studley to the position of VP of Global Product Development.

The announcement was made today by Alden Stiefel, president and CEO of Maxxsonics. “John Studley has been instrumental in growth at Maxxsonics USA and his knowledge of product design and manufacturing has enabled us to meet market demands for our brands quickly and efficiently. John has grown as Maxxsonics has grown. Our latest acquisition of MB Quart now provides us with new avenues into the home and personal audio markets and John will champion our direction.”

John Studley has over 25 years in the consumer electronics market. He has held various management positions with companies such as Maxi-Guard, Clifford Electronics, Avital Security and was one of the original team members at Maxxsonics USA in 2001.

Maxxsonics automotive consumer electronics business has grown into an international multi-brand powerhouse. This success and growth is evident in many ways. In early 2006, Maxxsonics will have a Grand Opening for a new International Corporate and Distribution Center based in Lake Zurich, IL.
