Maxxsonics New Vice-President of Finance
April 6, 2005, Chicago, IL. – Maxxsonics USA, Inc. has named Sherri Sawyer as Vice-President of Finance for Maxxsonics. Recently Ms Sawyer's focus has been with the current Autotek brand acquisition. Ms. Sawyer is a key player on Maxxsonics management team headed by Alden Stiefel, Maxxsonics President & CEO, and will guide future corporate acquisitions of Maxxsonics in this newly created position.
Before joining Maxxsonics, Ms Sawyer spent 11-years with Baker & Taylor's Entertainment Division, as Vice President of Finance. Ms. Sawyer, a CPA, who graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Accounting will be responsible for all aspects of Maxxsonics' finance and accounting.
