MAXXSONICS ADDS MIKE BENZ AS MARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
May 11, 2006 – Lake Zurich, IL. Maxxsonics USA has added a new member to its Sales & Marketing roster. Mike Benz signed-on to the new position of “Market Development Specialist” for Maxxsonics growing marketing team. Ted Henricks, Maxxsonics Vice-President of Global Sales & Marketing, announced today.
As Maxxsonics first Market Development Specialist Mike Benz will be a liaison between Maxxsonics Technical Services and Sales and Marketing. Mike will support both retailers and end-users’ needs for product application and technical information. In addition, Benz will work closely with the marketing team for the creation of technical and training support material for all Maxxsonics mobile electronics brands; MB Quart, Hifonics, Autotek and Crunch USA. Maxxsonics has identified a vital element in their success, to be the positive opinions a Retailer and End-user leaves with, after they request information from the company.
Well-known in the Chicago-land mobile electronics retail arena, Mike Benz, like many in the mobile electronics industry, started as an installer. Mike’s first installer gig was with Car Toy (Mundelein, IL.) starting in 1994. Later, his obvious leadership skills led Mike into retail management for “Excel Audio” and the infamous “Auto Sound and More” in Palatine, IL. Mike brings more than twelve years of mobile electronics experience to this new Maxxsonics role.

Mike has a tremendous foundation of proven solutions to offer when a dealer or customer needs his assistance. Maxxsonics is very happy to have Mike join our team. He changes into his new Maxxsonics shirt on May 1, 2006” said Ted Henricks.
Initially Mike Benz will focus on equipping and floor planning the new Maxxsonics Mobile Research and Installation Lab. Additionally, Maxxsonics “Road Promotion” vehicles and CES display show car will fall under Benz responsibilities. “Mike’s custom design and mobile application talents will be seen in show cars featured in the Maxxsonics booth at the Consumer Electronics Show 2007”, included Maxxsonics VP Ted Henricks.
